We all want things we can’t have. Being a decent human being is accepting that.
Join me, if you will, on a voyage of unpacking – and not just unpacking, but rediscovery – as we rip aside bubble wrap and packing paper to reveal the many and varied gaming purchases of the past!
A last, at last! After almost five years, my game collection parts old (stored in Sydney) and new (bought here in New Zealand) have come together in one location – and it’s time for a rip-roaring unpacking party!
As soon as I started tearing off the copious reams of bubble wrap and packing paper I realised I had to share the experience with my dear fellow EOG members. So here’s part one of a series, as I make all kinds of exciting discoveries, reminisce about games old and new, and re-aquaint myself with old gaming friends.
Ah, such treasures. Nice Dreamblade map mount you got there in all the awesomeness also.
Nice catch!
Amazing stuff! Thanks for sharing. 😀
Yes, thanks for sharing this with us UH! You must have been extremely pumped when you were finally able to witness all your stuff in one spot!
Can’t wait to see more and maybe play some of them?
This video made me very nostalgic. A lot of games from my youth. You realet hade an Amazonfloden collection.
Battlefleet gothic was a game I adored from a distant. Never had money to buy it, but read about it in WD.
Mutant chronicles was made by a swedish gamecompany (I’m from sweden) I only now recently was made aware how well liked it was internationally. Nice miniatures game.
I very much enjoy your videos, checking for updates on your site daily. Keep up the good work.
Happy unboxing (and unpacking and repainting your new house).
Best wishes.
Thanks everyone! Glad you enjoyed the video. More to come.
So I have watched this series of videos and I’ve got to say it’s refreshing to see someone who thinks the way I do in regards to measuring and using what you have as a template for cutting and measuing. I did have a question and it seemed that this would be the best video to ask on. What size cutting mat are you using? I ask because I was going to buy one and the difference in price is pretty drastic between sizes and the one you have seem to be perfect. Thanks!
It’s an A2 mat.
Thanks for this! Also- 3 AT43 starter boxes?! Wow!
They were damn good value! 🙂
