One gang could run this city! One gang.
It’s time for the third instalment of Battle Report Month, and this time Peter and Will lead their gangs into a Necromunda Underhive clash!
Will and I have played many games of Necromunda over the years, and despite the fact that he still can’t seem to remember the basic turn sequence, we’ve had a lot of fun. But now it’s time to move with the times and turn to Necromunda Underhive, a slightly streamlined version of the old classic. Nothing much has changed really, and Will still can’t remember the sequence, but it’s just as much fun. Of course this is a Games Workshop game and there’s far too much dice rolling and looking up of modifiers and fiddly rules, but there’s also incredibly cinematic and funny moments to be had, and if some poor sod doesn’t fall of a gantry at some point or other, well, it just isn’t Necromunda, is it?
Join us as we set up boxes full of terrain, throw a little background story together, and set the Escher and Goliath gangs at each other’s throats. It’s a highly enjoyable afternoon, which stretches into the evening while my long-suffering girlfriend makes us dinner in the background (neither of us enjoy the process of cooking very much!)
