I suppose that asking for a cup of sugar would be going too far.
I check out a couple of spectacular tabletop wargaming mats from Deep Cut Studio.
Making terrain for tabletop battles can be a huge and daunting project (I know, I’m making some as we speak), and sometimes I just want something quick and easy that covers that empty expanse of table and brings a new visual dimension to my battle. Judging by the number of companies making PVC gaming mats these days, I’m not alone. After a bit of research I zeroed in on Deep Cut Studio, and now I’m going to share with you my impressions of two of their offerings.
One day I’ll get my terrain collection back from storage, but in the meantime, I’ll do my best to no longer subject my viewers to boring swathes of black felt during battle reports. Let the table be covered!
Thanks for the review. It looks to be a good product.
It was great that you could have the wrecked road removed from the map to make it usable in all eras of conflict.
Fantastic looking mats, thanks for showing these off!
Now i just have to get into miniature wargaming…
I highly recommend it. 🙂
