Let me tell you all about one of my favourite games of the last year: Core Space by Battle Systems!
The lovely people at Battle Systems Ltd sent me a pile of Core Space stuff late last year, and since then I’ve been having huge fun with this tabletop scifi skirmish game that captures the atmosphere of Firefly and the cantina scene from Star Wars. And doesn’t it look incredible. They just sent me a couple of new expansions (I’ll be unboxing them for you tomorrow), and they happen to be running a Kickstarter for a new starter set called First Born (check it out here), so I thought it was long past time I told you all about this fantastically fun game. No carefully considered, balanced review here—this is a fun rant about a personal favourite!
